Panel or Stream Proposal Form

A panel fits within a single 90 minute session and thus has a maximum of 2 x 45 minute presentations or 3 x 30 minute presentations.  Streams are any collection of presenters larger than that.

If you wish to organize a stream, please contact the organizing committee before using this form (and early if possible) at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. so they can co-ordinate with other stream proposals.

Presenters (including the organizers) whose papers are included in thematic panels or streams need to submit separate paper proposals in the abstract submission form.

Please let each of the panellists know the Panel Title you have chosen so they can enter it correctly when they submit their individual abstracts.
Please list below both the name and email of each presenter in the following format:
